I can’t withdraw funds to my FNB account

I have been troubleshooting for hours. I’ve tried on the apps and websites for both PayPal and FNB. Every single time I try to withdraw my money on the PayPal app, I’m told to link a US bank account on the website. When I try on the website, I’m given the option to “log in and transfer on FNB”, which sends me to a useless FNB page expressing the benefits of using PayPal and NOTHING to do with transferring. Nowhere to log in, just a whole presentation as to why I should use PayPal and not HOW to. I do not have a US bank account, I am in South Africa. I have my South African bank and card linked, so why is it insisting that I connect a US bank account? I have completed every possible step and I’m at a loss for words. I’ve connected a debit card, a bank account, verified my account, etc. There’s literally nothing left for me to do. FNB troubleshooting is absolutely useless and all directions given are clearly outdated because directions do not even remotely match the layout of the app or the website. I enter the menu I’m told to, but the supposed “withdraw from PayPal” option is NEVER there. Both the app and website are completely impossible to make sense of. I’m losing my mind, this service isn’t absolutely awful.

How can I transfer funds from my PayPal account to my bank account in South Africa?

Transferring funds from your PayPal account directly to your eligible First National Bank of South Africa (ETF) bank account is easy and secure.

To transfer funds, you must first link your PayPal account to your bank account.
To link your PayPal account to your ETF account, follow these steps:

Log in to your FNB account at www.fnb.co.za.
Click on PayPal Services and then on Link PayPal Profile.
Follow the instructions to link your accounts. You will need to sign in to your PayPal account to confirm that you are the account holder.
After linking your PayPal account to your ETF account, follow these steps to transfer funds to your ETF bank account from your PayPal account:

Log in to your FNB account at www.fnb.co.za.
Click on PayPal Services and then on Withdraw from PayPal.
Enter the transfer amount in USD dollars. (Please check that your PayPal balance is sufficient to make the transfer.)
Follow the instructions to confirm the exchange rate, the Rand amount you will receive, and the Transaction Terms and Conditions.
You will be directed to PayPal to sign in and verify the amount you are transferring to your ETF account.
Then you will be redirected to the FNB site. Your funds will be transferred to your bank account within 3 to 6 business days.
