guys i transfer 9$ in may bank acc and it say pending soo i wait 2-3 days and it say completed but i check my bank acc i didnt receive the money.....soo how???

Allow 14 days and if it doesn't show up then contact customer services for a trace.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
