Hi, I have sold someone a pair of shoes the money went on hold and the shoes have now been delivered yet the person hasn’t released the money because they don’t know how to,how do I get my money ?

Nothing to do with the buyer unless its a service or digital item when they 'sometimes' get a confirm receipt option to receive funds more quickly.
