I made a transfer of 280$ to my bank, but selected the 2.80c fee to have it deposited instantly. Then, PayPal asked me to take a picture of my license and myself, which I did, and I was told please try again but it wouldn’t let me. it is now pending for up to 72 hours. Can I have my fee back since it is not instant? Or can we get the transfer completed?
