I transferred 50 euro via Giro-Pay online money transfer to my Paypal but my Paypal balance does not show the balance. I called customer care they said I did not add any name to the transfer so they cant help me. this is really annoying . How can i get my money back from paypal? Anyone has this kind of experience ? any information could be helpful
