Family sent me money and it was put on hold

I requested money to my mother and she sent it and it was placed on hold and it says that i was selling ,and now theres no items for sale and she is not a paypal account holder ?

1. Click transaction in account activity

2. Click “Add Tracking info” button.
3. Select “Processed” on the Order Status menu, submit.

4. Wait some 48 hrs later, ask recipient to log on at PayPal website to “confirm receipt” on the transaction. 

If recipient is not a Paying account holder, then you have to wait 21 days for PayPal to release the funds.

But do steps 1 through 3 anyway.
