Hello there! i have been trying to add my bank account to paypal for a week now. It says "The PayPal server is currently experiencing some difficulties. Please try again later or contact". Someone please help me to resolve this issue. I am getting tired if this issue. Thanks
Im having the same issue . E-mailed customer services and all they do is email me a list of how to do what i was already doing . Same error message. Try again later.
