Adding funds

I can't add funds to my paypal balance from my bank account. It suggests that i have to verify my identity, but when i go through that link it says I'm all set. Why does it keep telling me to try adding funds later??

I have tried this process multiple times with no success. It keeps telling me to try again later.

I cant see these features as it is instructed

When I click wallet I cant see Transfer money, or Add money to your balance or add. I have been issued a PP Code

Click Transfer Money.

Click Add money to your balance.Select your bank and enter the amount you want to transfer and click Add

Please help me I want to deposit money now

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
