Adding cards to my Pay Pall account

Hi there,
I have problem with adding a new card on my Pay Pall account after changing my bank provider.
First of all I would say that I don't have second step - "2. Click Associate a debit or credit card." after entering the wallet but only "link a card" which give me the only option "credit card" which i don't have but only debit. After I'm trying to use this http://prntscr.com/12xj15y - I got redirected only to sector http://prntscr.com/12xj238 in which after i click "link a card" got only option http://prntscr.com/12xj2xo - "credit card" - and I can't get to to section for debit, even thought I had no problem with the previous bank. My debit cards are fully functional in any store.

How do I link a debit or credit card to my account?

To add a card:

1. Go to Wallet.
2. Click Associate a debit or credit card.
3. Enter the card information and click Associate Card.
4. Click on the new card and click Confirm card.
5. Click Get Code and then click Done.
