I paid a lady for an item and it took the money out of my bank account but the lady says she cannot get the money off of her PayPal account. It shows she was paid tho. What can I do about this?
How did you pay ie friends/family OR goods/services?
If its the former and its marked as SENT or PAYMENT then you may have been scammed as you have no buyer protection if you send a gift of money via friends/family.
