The "new Paypal" will not allow me to access my grandsons student account. I can send money to his email,but the older acct gave new threw balance and wherethe money was being spent. Try to opt out sands its just getting worse.. Western union may cost, but at least hegets it and I know out. HELP!

Just another act of gross incompenetance when it comes to the new PayPal design.
It's even worse with mobile. You simply can't see the existence of the Student Account on your phone. Did the person who designed these for PayPal ever actually use the service?
