i need to confirm my email asap and whenever i do that i get this message: “Something went wrong on our end Sorry, we're having trouble confirming your email right now. Please click again on the link we sent you.” please help i need to fix this urgently

Secondly is it an email address registered in your own country and not linked to any other paypal account?
