how to delete an unactivated paypal cashcard? how to close account? customer service not answering.

I lost my paypal cashcard before I activated it and now I cant report it stolen because its still in the account but not activated.

There is no button to report lost or to remove it.

Been trying all help centers but no help.

been calling customer service to even close my account but nobodys answering me. Just call dropping, routed all over etc. No help at all.

Can somebody help me how to delete an unactivated cashcard at all? and is there no way to close your account?
