No offence to people from Sri Lanka, but I am not from Sri Lanka and pay pal refuses to act as if my account is in the US. They confirmed my bank, confirmed my passport, confirmed my address and all of my phone numbers. WHY DO YOU THINK I AM IN SRI LANKA, STILL?
