Please help me, i can't login in my paypal profile, because paypal write this message "We weren't able to confirm that you really are." I changed the password, but don't login my paypal. Thank you for your answer!

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
