I have requested codes to verify my bank card four times now. Each time the code arrives on my bank statement, I try to verify it in my PayPal account and it is not recognised/PayPal tells me it is invalid. It worked for two other cards (one at the same bank). I have now tried four times and the card has disappeared from my account and it won't let me add it again.
How do I
a) reclaim the four charges made (EUR1.50 for each non-functioning code)
b) set up the card again
c) actually get in touch with somebody at PayPal (the website seems to make it impossible to get access to a human being at all.)
