I am a bookkeeper, my client added me as user to his paypal account. I received an email from paypal saying I need to click on a link to finish setting up my profile in his account. When I did click, paypal showed a message saying "Something went wrong, please contact your administrator." How to resolve this? My client had already tried to add me as user with my other email address but both times showed the same error.

Did you ever get this resolved? My bookkeeper can't access either but when I log on it says she has access and is verified.
