I cannot access my account because I'm being prompted to confirm my identity via mobile. However, Paypal will not send me any confirmation codes nor will they call me. A couple of users have had the same issue after a quick Google search, but the 'solutions' are lacklustre and plainly false. My phone is not blocking SMS messages or phone calls, and neither is my provider. I don't know how to get past this. Any help would be appreciated!
I have a similar problem in my case my phone number has changed hence I can not receive the SMS. Any ideas how to update contact number without the 2 step verification? Thanks
I've been stuck for weeks because of the 2 step overlay page. I guess they simply don't have an answer, or don't care. I haven't got any response to my message here.
