I've attempted MANY TIMES to make a payment on my PayPal account, but the website won't allow it without my providing a cellphone number. I am a single woman 71 years of age living on Social Security, and I DON'T USE A CELLPHONE!! What do I do? I've corresponded with them MANY TIMES on their "chat" session, but it still won't work.
