Selecting "Help" or "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page doesn't lead me to a live chat with anyone from Paypal, it just takes me in circles to identify the issue over and over.
Obviously calling the support line is not working to reach anyone due to Covid-19.
Deleting all my browser history/cache/etc. does not solve this issue.
I've sent 9 messages to Paypal and keep getting the same answers.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME?!
