Hi, I transferred money to a friend in Greece. His account is blocked now and he cannot call PayPal (no phone services available in Greece), nor connect on his account to send a message. The money I sent are now nowhere and PayPal would not cancel the transaction to return my money to me. How can he get in touch with customer service in Europe or verify his identity to be able to log onto his account? Many thanks.
