Recieving money

Hello,

I can't recieve money on my paypal account. I have made it 2 weeks ago and i verified my email adress

and linked my bank card. I am using paypal in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The company that was supposed

to send me the money says that they are getting an error that my account is not ready to recieve money. 

Can anyone help with this?

Think you need to add a visa credit card in your country.
