Paypal won’t accept my Residential Address

I’m trying to set up my PayPal Cash account but whenever I put my residential address it appears as if it was an error. I tried adding the mailing address, changing the primary address and nothing changes. Is this an error with Paypal or is it PayPal’s way to tell me Paypal Cash is not supported in my country?

You have a U.S paypal account so do you live in the U.S?

I live in Puerto Rico which is US territory but I’m going to believe that, as always, it’s one of those US things that doesn’t apply to PR

Yes sorry don't know enough about your country to give any further advice but if you have a U.S account and it works ok then you would think it would accept your addy?
