Paypal Germany

Hello everyone, 

I have a bussines in Spain, and I have translate my website in Spain, French and Germany. 

With the same account a Paypal, I have the web in Spain and French, now I´m trying to conect my web site DE with paypal and is imposible. 

Somebody know if there are some restriction, or is neccesary to configure something.
