Hi all,
I got a message that I need to post a proof of business address, and so I did using electricity bill with my details on it (one of the options were 'utility bill').
I didn't get any email or error after that, I didn't get any form of confirmation, the only sign that I posted successfully was that the alert disappeared from my dashboard for few days.. Then it appeared again. I submitted again, but PayPal just keep asking for "proof of address" and I don't get any error or anything, they just request it again after few days.
Meanwhile, my account is blocked and I'm losing money.
Any tips or idea how to get this resolved ASAP, or at least know what the issue is?
