Mobile phone verification

I’m having trouble accessing my account. I believe my mobile phone number must be saved inaccurately, but I can’t get in to change my details as I can’t get past the verification stage. Can anyone help? Thank you.

I Can't Get into my account because my pre virus mobile is not valid. I need to add a new phone number
