Loggin in

When im trying to log in its asking to txt my number or call but its my old number, does anyone no how i get around this? Thanks

I managed to get i n touch with support via chat:

1. Go to https://www.paypal.com/bg/smarthelp/contact-us

2. From 'Common Issues' select 'Password and account issues'.

3. Click on 'Login Problems'.

4. Scroll down a bit and click on the 'Message us' bubble.

5. A pop up window will appear, click on 'Chat with us while logged out'.

But we did not manage to do much. Paypal App or Computer browsers did not do the trick.

Step 1. Reset your password,

Step 2. Login from IPHONE safari browser (windows safari was not tested)

And i was in and able to change my number.
