I am having serious problems accessing my account.
When I log into my account it comes up with a security process that says they will phone me or text me and I need to enter the code to continue. However, despite trying multiple times, I need recieve a message or call from Paypal with the code, so I can´t log into Paypal.
I have tried to call paypal, but end up in a long wait and never recieve the call back from paypal. I have tried to use the message them through their contact service, but you need to be able to log in to use the messager, which I obviously can´t do.
How can I contact Paypal to address this situation? I don´t know why I have been locked out of paypal and I don´t know how I can solve this problem.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
