I have a bank account that has already been linked. When I tried to use the PayPal app today to pay it ask me to log into my bank account. I canceled and got out of the app. I then tried on my lap top and it ask me to log into my bank account. I canceled that as well.
I then went to the link section and tried to relink my back account, it said that it was already linked.
I confused!!!!!!! Please could someone let me know what is up with this! I have never had any problems using PayPal for years!
