I have received a letter regarding an innactive account, the letter shows part of the email address although i recognise it i dont know it and the email account is lost, thats the only information i have been given, besides that there is a £9 charge, exactly how are paypal going to charge me when the bank account associated with the account has also been closed, if this is all the info paypal can give me then i have no chance of accessing this account or indeed closing it.
What does anyone else say?
