I do not live in America I am from Egypt and I have money in PayPal that I want to withdraw.The problem that is when I signed up for the account I used a fake ID as well as a fake Social Security number on the fake phone number but I use my name my real name and I use also my real email which I haven't change since the beginning of my account at the moment I read I want to change my ID and then my phone number in order for me to be able to withdraw or send my money to other accounts. You would not be able to withdraw funds from a U.S paypal account if you are not in the U.S as you would never be able to verify the account.
Your best bet is to either not accept the funds OR get the senders to open disputes to get the funds back again and then send to a paypal account opened in your own country.
