I received an email to confirm my identity

Hi hope everyone can help me here I received an email that i need to confirm my identity as i almost reach my limit. Which i dont know. Been using and had this paypal account for yrs hut had no problem.at the same time now indont have passport no drivers license that were ask the last 1 national id is not yet issued or used on our country. Byt i have other ids to prove ny identitybeen calling customer service and says there not available

Firstly are you sure the email was from paypal and NOT a spoof?

Do they ask for that information in the resolution centre of your paypal account when you log in normally and NOT via any link in that email?

If its genuine then......

Proof of identity
The following is a list of acceptable documents you may provide:

• Government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport
• Employment authorization card
• Permanent resident card
