I live in Belize and have a saving account with Scotiabank, how can I add it to my account? It asks for a routing number but I don't know how to get that.
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.

Thank you so so much for the clarification!! The last inquiries I would have then would be, can I add a debit card or can it only be a credit card, and also can the balance be transferred to the card account?
