HI all, I'll appreciate very much the help of this community with this matter. I created a business account for the company I'm working for. I'm leaving the company and need to transfer the account to a colleague. I've tried everything but couldn't find the solution. On the forums I only see the solution of contacting PayPal but neither my many messages nor my calls are answered.
