Hi, log in problem

Hi, I have a problem , I have another account that I can't remember the password too but still have access to the email , however they are prompting me for a code send thru my old number which I can't recieve , so I can't log in. I have a voucher to redeem. Can anyone help me ?

Hi, I will warn you to be careful of anything done by phone or email at this time. Make sure you securely store you’re passwords. You may try the message center, and the response time WILL take longer than usual-I am waiting regarding a very serious issue still, since 3:30 or so PM yesterday. They said it would be a few hours vs. the normal 1 hr response. All well. We are all going through a difficult time adjusting right now. My issue has to do with fraudulent actions and hacking. So I suggest you submit your message to get in line, have someone call you to reset your password, which I have done in the past (be prepared to verify personal information), and wait... You can check back at the message center and see your message is still “active”, so I suppose that is somewhat reassuring. I hope this helps a little bit. I would specifically ask them to call you to please reset your password, that you have all your verifiable personal information available. Be prepared to answer security questions. Also, if you don’t have the answers, they can ask you questions off a list from your past only you know-such as multiple choice about addresses you’ve lived at, etc. Hopefully they will get to you soon.

If you’re having trouble logging in, you may just need to clear your cache and cookies from your Internet browser. If you need help doing this, go to your browser's support page, or do a web search with "How do I clear cache and cookies in (Your Internet browser name and version, for example, Internet Explorer 11)?"
If you can’t log in because you forgot the email address or forgot your password connected with your PayPal account, you can recover access with these steps:

I forgot the email address for my PayPal account:

  1. Go to Log In.
  2. Click Having trouble logging in?
  3. Enter up to three email addresses you may have registered, then click Next.
  4. If an email address you entered is recognized we'll let you know which one.
  5. Click Continue to log in if you remember your password.
