Can some escalating this quickly?? I need connect with agent or some phone center !
My brother has following issue, somebody hacked his account and hacked changed his 2FA so he is not able to reset password via paypal portal.
He want to contact paypal directly but it is not possible, because you need to access support center, which is not possible without login to account, right? So he try contact you with email, Facebook. And no one answer the phone on helpdesk for users on holidays probably.
He can provide more information if necessary, like ID, bank, Payments from paypal, his Email, phone number, his phone number was also used for 2FA before change !
Can you please help here?
We can also connect via phone.
Today he go on local Police to investigate this crime in our country about stealing account and probably money. Ha have documents and he also trying to contant you directly from his mail.
