Hi guys, I'm trying to get hold of the customer service for a name change which doesn't seem to have the option there other than keep referring you to faqs. Can anyone point me the direction where I can ACTUALLY contact them?

You can only change a name for a 2 minor character error or for legal reasons as per link.
