Credit card was charged, but PayPal balance remains negative

Hi guys! I recently charged my credit card so i could restore PayPal balance. However the PayPal balance is still negative, although my bank's statement shows that my bank account was charged. Can somebody help me? Thanks in advance!

Which funding source did you use, in the first part you mentioned credit card and then you say your bank account was charged ???
