This is a very confusing heldesk, isn't there a way to contact people at Paypal?
Anyway, maybe someone here can help I guess..
I got an email that says I have to confirm my identity and that my ID needs to be the same as my name on Paypal. Well the problem is, I am a digital artist and use a pseudonym here, as the people that buy art from me are mostly international and I don't want to disclose information like my real name - I have an art name, and value my privacy especially in this digital age. I have no problem showing my ID and whatnot to PayPal, but it won't match my account name.
Is there any way to go forward with this? I really need my PayPal to work as this is my only income since I lost my job a couple of months ago.
