I want to link my paypal account to my gcash. unfortunately the name on my paypal is not entirely complete. I went and tried to update it but it's restricting to 2 corrections. I want to put a 'III' suffix on my name. I can provide you an Gov't ID as proof.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
