Change my name on PayPal

I’ve been trying to change my name on PayPal and I’ve sent a picture of my Id and bank statement but there yet to let me change it ??? Been over 2 weeks

You can only change a name for 2 minor character typos OR for legal reasons ie marriage.

You can't change it from a nickname or to another name completely.

You need to allow at least a few weeks and then contact them for an update?
