Change Birthday of Account

I was told by paypal support to do this:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.

2. Click theSettings icon next to "Log out".

3. Click My Business Info.

4. Click Edit beside "Primary Contact Details."

5. In the popup window, update your Date of Birth and click Save.

But I don't have or can't find the "My business info" in step 3.

Any help would be appreciated, Thank you
