Good day!
I want to connect/link my GCash account with my current Paypal. However, there is a slight change in my name and that messed up the process. Now, the system was asking me for some private and personal documents in order to have this change be applied. Nonetheless, I am now talking to one of their customer service representatives through chat and "Nelrose" said they cannot do anything at all?
Now, what is the point of sending or complying with submitting the documents if nothing can be done at all?
This confident customer service rep said that they can escalate the process (w/o any ticket or reference number), but the process (of PayPal asking for these documents) will never be changed?
WHAT NOW IS THE POINT?!?!
