Hello, i set up my eBay and PayPal accounts. I'm trying to link eBay to PayPal, but new page pops up with saying:

And i'm stuck. Tried to contact customer support, they only say to delete cache and cookies. I've tried it, also tried another browser or computer, but always when i'm trying to link, i get PayPal new page with that text mentioned above. Anyone is experiencing the same? Can someone help, because it is happening for few weeks.. Many thanks.
