Happy new year all. I am desperately trying to lon to my account but as I am stuck in uganda with covid restrictions I have not used or had access to my uk number. Now I can't log in as it's asking to verify by receiving text to that phone. I can't send message to paypal, I can't change settings.....nothing without getting a message to that phone. How can I contact PayPal without having to log into my account.
