App log in issues

I have a business account with multiple users on the account and all have user name, etc in the account settings.  When trying to use the app on the phone it does not give any of them the option to put in USER only email, which they do not have ( not how it is set up in the account settings).  Any ideas on how to fix this so the users can all use this.  It use to be an option!! Help please.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
