Not only Paypal sends me Junk mails, but also, I see the Alarm Bell in red when I log into my acocunt. what for?! b/c Paypal wants me to spend some money at GLD --Paypal does not allow me to delete it, the Alert Bell would light up in Red again if I close the "notification" window.
I do not want junk messages like this. but PayPal keeps sending them anyway-- "Check your eMails for more details". how can I stop receiving messages like this? I checked my account settings, I've already chosen not to receive promotions, and I couldn't find "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the emails paypal sent.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
