hello, how i cant downgrade my account? bot write me "All our agents are currently offline. Please try again during business hours."
But in my country is 08:03 AM. Is money. In Australia is time 3:34 PM, so they must be online, if their have service in monday from 6 AM to 5 PM.

I has added my credit card, but paypal still write me, i dont have a acessed credit card, but it is.
