I am a US Based Shopify and Paypal Business
Recently, Paypal Express Checkout has started telling my international customers "The merchant only ships within the US"
I am unable to recreate this issue on my end, but i've now having a steady stream of customers having the same issue.
Customers are able to use a credit/debit card at checkout and have their international order
And US based customers are having success with paypal at checkout
Shopify help chat said "nothing on their end is holding it up"
I can not find anything I am missing on the paypal end
Help!?
