I am looking at using PayPal mass pay for my business but don't completely understand the finer detail before I commit.
Please can someone help me with the following questions to help make my decision:
1. My business is an online holiday booking service where holiday owners can advertise their accommodation service. As my platform advertises their business, I do charge a commission fee. Regarding fees, I note it says I pay 2% fee for using PayPal mass transfer but do I also pay a fee when the customer purchases their holiday on my site (so in essence am I paying two fees)?
2. Who is responsible for charge backs? Would that be myself or the accommodation owners?
3. Is there a way to make the paying of commissions automatic once a booking has been made or do these have to be done manual?
